And pinks, and oranges, and purples...
Impact Church spent the weekend together at Trinity Pines. We ate like kings, swam in sun-warmed water, blobbed successfully, took the hill like pros, played tons of games, laughed, worshipped, and heard the Word. There was even a surprise piano that hadn't been tuned since the 80s. Still, it sounded good enough to play "Good, Good Father."

We also sweat. Like a lot. ;D
This weekend was a time spent drawing closer together as a church after being stretched, quite frankly, to a breaking point. In previous posts, I'd mentioned that it was unclear what was becoming of this body, as it seemed to be shrinking smaller and smaller every Sunday, and it didn't look like it was going to stop.
But suddenly, I think Impact has reached a strange peace. We face an unknown future as we return to our set up/tear down roots, but there's a calm to it that is palpable in comparison to the tension and stress that was hovering previously.
In all, it was a good weekend, and whatever comes next, comes next...
